Terms and Conditions
By leaving the keys of your vehicle in the possession of ' Ave it fixed staff you hereby accept the terms that ‘Ave it fixed will carry out the work listed in the above invoice and supply all parts with their respective costs and labour charges
You authorise ‘Ave it fixed staff to carry out road testing in a safe area for the respective Repair work required
You agree to pay the total amount listed on the invoice by the preferred methods of Cash Or Direct Debit. Unless otherwise organised prior to the work being carried out
Ave it fixed will not be held accountable for any loss that occurs after you have been notified about either verbally or in writing about the potential safety issues with your vehicle
Unless otherwise agreed ‘Ave it fixed will complete work in a reasonable time . If an estimated or specific time for completion cannot be met by ‘Ave it fixed we will not be liable for any delay due to circumstances beyond our control e.g Parts Delay , Shipping Delays ,etc
Failure to pay an invoice by the due date/time will result in ‘Ave it fixed withholding your vehicle until the invoice is paid in full
Note : All invoices are C.O.D Unless otherwise stated on the invoice or other arrangements have been organised prior to work being carried out
Failure to follow ‘Ave it fixed's warranty conditions will result in an immediate cancellation of any work carried out on your vehicle
you understand that driving an unregistered vehicle is illegal and warrant that your vehicle is registered in accordance with NSW legislative requirements applicable to your vehicle. In the event that your vehicle is unregistered you will ensure to take the necessary steps to notify us that your vehicle is unregistered
In the event that you have not notified us in accordance with 8. that your vehicle is unregistered you agree to indemnify ‘Ave it fixed for any fines, penalties, loss , injury or death caused to any person or property when we are driving or otherwise operating your vehicle
